Primary medical care services for the whole family
About our services
At Neighborcare Health, we offer quality, respectful, culturally sensitive primary medical care to patients of all ages. We’re here for you when you are sick or injured, to help you manage ongoing medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and for preventive care to keep you healthy. As your health care home, we also offer dental care, integrated behavioral health services, and social work services.
We encourage our patients to be actively involved in their own health, to ask questions and take an interest in getting well and staying well. Our health care teams help by coordinating your care with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, specialists and other providers.
All are welcome
We accept most insurance, including Apple Health (Medicaid), and private plans. We also offer insurance enrollment assistance, language interpretation and a sliding fee discount. No insurance is required, and no one is denied services due to inability to pay. All are welcome at Neighborcare Health.
We have medical and school-based clinics located across Seattle and on Vashon Island. We also offer primary medical care services for people experiencing homelessness.
