Medical Referrals
We have a team of referral coordinators who work closely with your medical team to help you connect to and set up appointments for other health care services you may need. This includes specialists, such as cardiologists and pulmonologists, diagnostic testing and radiology, including MRIs and X-rays, and other services.
If you need a referral, please make an appointment with your Neighborcare Health doctor or medical provider.
