What do patients pay?
Costs depend on your insurance coverage. Neighborcare Health accepts:
Apple Health/Medicaid*
Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW)
Coordinated Care
Molina
United Healthcare
Wellpoint (ends on 12/32/26)
Medicare & various Medicare Advantage plans
Various commercial/private insurance plans
*Medicaid is called Apple Health in Washington state.

Sliding Fee Discount Program
If you do not have health insurance or need help paying for expenses that health insurance does not cover, we also offer a sliding fee discount Eligibility for the program and the minimum fee is based on household size and income.
Bills for lab services
If you receive lab services, such as a blood test, you will receive a bill from LabCorp. You are responsible for paying LabCorp directly. Neighborcare Health informs LabCorp if a patient is eligible for the sliding fee discount and LabCorp applies its discount.
How to pay a bill/statement
Online through MyChart. Log in or sign up for MyChart.
Make a one-time payment online through E-Bill Express for Neighborcare Health.
In person at your clinic with cash, check or credit card.
By phone. Call us at 206-548-3100 with a credit card or check. Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
By mail. Send your payment along with the bottom portion of your bill to:

Your rights and protections against surprise medical bills

Patients are responsible for knowing their insurance benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.
Insurance is verified as a courtesy, but plans may have requirements that affect coverage.
