Neighborcare Health is the largest provider of primary medical and dental care for people living homeless in Seattle. Everyone is welcome at our any of our medical, dental and school-based clinics no matter your housing, income or insurance status. Learn more about medical and dental services.
We accept most insurance, including Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare and private plans. We also offer insurance enrollment assistance and a sliding fee discount. Insurance is not required, and no one is denied services due to inability to pay.
Clinics that serve people living homeless
We offer three clinics that specifically serve individuals experiencing homelessness:
- Neighborcare Health Youth Clinic at 45th Street serves youth and young adults age 12-26, experiencing homelessness or unstable housing, with medical care, mental health care and other services.
- Neighborcare Health Youth Clinic at New Horizons serves youth and young adults age 12-26, experiencing homelessness or unstable housing, with medical care and other services.
- Neighborcare Health at Ballard serves adults 18 and older, who are experiencing homelessness or reside in permanent supportive housing, with medical care, mental health care, medication for opioid use disorder, and other services.
- Neighborcare Health at Pike Place Market serves adults 18 and older with medical and mental health care and other services. There are also drop-in hours for patients in our Housing and Street Outreach programs.
