Behavioral Health Services
About our services
Our behavioral health team members work with patients who have established care with a Neighborcare Health medical or dental provider in one of our primary care medical clinics. Same-day appointments are often available. We also provide mental health services to students in schools at our school-based health centers and to residents in our public housing and supportive housing programs.
How to access services
If you are a current Neighborcare Health patient interested in behavioral health services, call or visit your clinic to make an appointment with your provider. Your provider can connect you to a behavioral health or social work team member.
If you are not yet a Neighborcare Health patient, first establish care with a Neighborcare medical or dental provider and they can then connect you to our behavioral health team. Become a patient.
