Services at this location are open to students in Seattle.
We offer weekday appointments before, during and after school during the school year. We are closed when school is not in session, including holidays and summer break.
When the health center is closed, students and their families are encouraged to call a Neighborcare Health clinic for medical, dental and mental health services.
Students can use any of our services after a parent or guardian completes and signs the registration forms for the school-based health center. Completed forms can be delivered by the student or parent, or mailed to the health center (address listed above).
Under state law, youth may independently access some health care without parental consent, including reproductive health and mental health services. Learn more about Washington state minor consent laws.
Registration forms are also available at the school-based health center.
