Sachiko practices acupuncture at Neighborcare Health's Homeless Youth Clinic and Rainier Beach Medical Clinic, the Asian Counseling and Referral Service, Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, and has a home-based private practice. Prior to working at Neighborcare Health, Sachiko worked at the King County correctional facility offering acupuncture to the inmates. She specializes in substance abuse/trauma treatment, and the allergy elimination treatment NAET. She studied acupuncture in the US and Japan, and practices a sensitive, gentle Japanese style of acupuncture.

Sachiko has also been learning the Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Empowerment Technique TM, and Hypnotherapy. She is from Japan and enjoys gardening and talking and learning about food.

Why I Work at Neighborcare:

It is great working in the neighborhood where I reside. It's also intriguing and educational to meet with people from so many different backgrounds. I'm happy to be able to give back to the community.
