Keely was inspired to be a nurse-midwife by working with community midwives in Eastern Burma and community health nurses in New York City. As a queer person, she is especially proud to be able to provide care and support to the LGBTQI+ community.

For fun, she enjoys foraging for wild herbs and foods in the forests of Western Washington, learning about plants, making herbal medicines, and swimming long distance in the Puget Sound for exercise. Keely also loves kayaking with her wonderful spouse, TC.

Why I Work at Neighborcare:

I believe healthcare should be accessible to all and without financial barriers or restrictions, and the fact that Neighborcare supports this in their mission and vision is the reason I chose to work here.
