How to access services
If you are a current Neighborcare Health patient interested in behavioral health services, call or visit your clinic to make an appointment with your medical provider. Your provider can connect you to a behavioral health or social work team member.
If you are not yet a Neighborcare Health patient, first establish care with a Neighborcare medical or dental provider and they can then connect you to our behavioral health team. Become a patient.
