School-Based Clinic
Services at this location are open to all Seattle Public School students.
Fees & Insurance
There is no cost for students. Neighborcare Health collects health insurance information and bills insurance, but insurance is not required for students to get care. We accept many health insurance plans, including Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). LabCorp also bills students’ health insurance plans for lab services. Families may receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) statement, but students and families will not receive a billing statement for services not covered by insurance.
No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
Hours
We offer weekday appointments before, during and after school during the school year. We are closed when school is not in session, including holidays and summer break.
When the health center is closed, students and their families are welcome at any other neighborhood clinic for medical, dental and mental health services.Services
