Neighborcare Health nurses can help patients with many different types of wounds, such as cuts and sores. They can provide ongoing care for wounds that are not healing on their own.
They use a variety of dressing types to help with swelling, infections, or pressure and get on the path to healing. They also provide foot care, including trimming thick or overgrown nails and removing calluses.
