Newborn Care

After the birth of your baby, you can continue care in your health care home at Neighborcare Health. Your care team, which includes a medical provider, a nurse, a social worker and a nutritionist, will support you as you become a new parent, with regular check-ups and follow-up care, and care for your child as they grow. 

During the first two years of life, we recommend that infants and toddlers get check-ups at 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24 and 30 months old.
