About our services

Making healthy changes in your life is important and challenging. You do not have to do it alone. Our behavioral health team can assist you with:

  • Reducing drinking
  • Stopping tobacco use (such as chew or cigarettes)
  • Ending or reducing drug use (substance use)
  • Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (e.g., Suboxone, buprenorphine-naloxone, or Naltrexone) for individuals who have an opioid use disorder (addiction to pain medication or heroin, for example) or alcohol use disorder.

How to access services

If you are a current Neighborcare Health patient interested in behavioral health services, call or visit your clinic to make an appointment with your medical provider. Your provider can connect you to a behavioral health or social work team member.

If you are not yet a Neighborcare Health patient, first establish care with a Neighborcare medical or dental provider and they can then connect you to our behavioral health team. Become a patient
