Telehealth Visits
How to join video visits with care team members
Due to changes in insurance regulations, Neighborcare Health conducts all primary care visits with a Primary Care Provider (PCP) in person and no longer offers phone and/or video visits for medical care with a PCP.
A primary care provider is a doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or certified nurse midwife.
Telehealth (phone or video) appointments are still available with:
- Behavioral Health/Mental Health providers
- Social Workers
- Diabetes Educators/Nutritionists
- Nurses
- Perinatal Coordinators
- Eligibility Specialists for support with insurance and other public benefits
