Why I Work at Neighborcare:
As a woman of color, I have a distinct interest in filling the growing need for diverse providers that focus on the health promotion and preventative care of the most vulnerable, underserved, and underrepresented patient populations. During my clinical learning at Neighborcare, as a nurse practitioner student, I quickly grew to appreciate Neighborcare's commitment to providing access to comprehensive care, eliminating health disparities, and creating a culture of belonging and equity.
