Community Chats
An open forum discussion open to the community on rotating social justice topics.
About Community Chats
We recognize that our community's health is interconnected with all aspects of life, and we hope these conversations will provide a look at the bigger picture and how all our work is connected. These chats will be an open forum for community members to discuss that month's topic with one another and with a member of Neighborcare's program staff to learn how the topic connects to our work.
Prior to each chat we will send out a variety of resources to read, listen to or watch as well as a few questions to ponder and get the conversation started. This event is open to all, and we encourage all levels of comfortability around the topic to join.
Community Chats is back!
To kick off the return of Community Chats, we will be joined by Bevette Irvis, Chief Program Officer for Wellspring, to discuss the incredible work of Wellspring's Early Learning Center as well as their organization's commitment to ending the cycle for family homelessness. We hope you'll join us for this important conversation.
