Everybody's Work – A SHIFT Films Documentary
Join fellow nurses from all fields across Seattle on Monday, February 24, 2025, for a special screening and discussion of Everybody’s Work, healing what hurts us all. This documentary by SHIFT Films unpacks the critical role nurses play in the healthcare system and the communities they serve to achieve health equity.
Neighborcare’s nurses join other nurses across the region who want to build a community of practice to listen, learn, laugh, cry, and process big issues — together. Building the power of the nursing community is essential because none of us can do it alone.
Immediately following the screening, we are thrilled to have panelists and nurses Dr. Monica R. McLemore PhD, MPH, RN, FADLN and Dr. M. Rebecca O’Connor, PhD, RN, who are featured in the documentary, join us in discussion moderated by Dr. Wendy Barrington, PhD, MPH, inaugural director of ARCH: Center for Anti-Racism and Community Health, in the University of Washington School of Public Health.
