Betsy Hail, MBA, joins Neighborcare Health as our Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Betsy joined the organization on May 13, 2024. With over 20 years of experience as a healthcare leader, Betsy will enhance Neighborcare Health’s ability to achieve whole-person care for its patients, through integrated medical, dental and behavioral health services.
Most recently, Betsy led operations as Executive Director of Primary Care at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, with operational oversight of several eastside clinic locations and neighboring communities. In this role, she supported the improvement of the care team experience, while expanding access for patients. As a collaborative and strategic leader, Betsy brings a broad range of skills in healthcare technology applications, clinical and business operations, employee engagement and a desire to strengthen processes and systems that will move the organization toward its goal of 100 percent access to care and zero health disparities for local communities.
