Why I Work at Neighborcare:
I chose to work at Neighborcare because I believe deeply in accessible, community-centered care. Mental health support should be something everyone can reach, and Neighborcare’s mission really reflects that. It’s incredibly rewarding to walk alongside clients during some of their hardest moments and see them grow, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves. Knowing that the work I do is part of a larger mission to serve the community makes it all the more meaningful.
