We are located in the Meridian Center for Health where we provide integrated care with our partners Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care and Public Health--Seattle & King County.

Medical Clinic
We provide a range of primary care health services for adults and children. We will care for you when you are sick and help you stay healthy with regular checkups and health education services. Some of the services include:

  • Preventive medical care
  • Family medicine
  • Pediatrics and well-child care (with partners from Seattle Children's)
  • Immunizations
  • Chronic disease management
  • Gynecology and reproductive health care (family planning)
  • Obstetrics and newborn care, including midwifery (WIC and maternity support services provided by our partners at Public Health--Seattle & King County)
  • Nutrition counseling and health education
  • Behavioral health counseling (also provided by our partners at Valley Cities Behavioral Health
  • Social work services
  • Laboratory services
  • Pharmacy services
  • Access for you and your family to evidence-based care and self-management support

Dental Clinic
Neighborcare Health at Meridian provides comprehensive general dentistry and emergency dental care to patients of all ages. We are committed to partnering with our patients to improve their dental health and wellness through education, tips for a healthy diet, and regular access to dental care. A healthy mouth is essential to keeping the rest of your body healthy, therefore we want to see you regularly for your dental check-ups and care.

Some services include:

  • Dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fillings and extractions
  • Oral health education
  • Specialty care, including limited oral surgery, crown, denture and root canal services (these servcies are available depending on complexity and are on a patient case-by-case basis). 
  • Emergency care services for all patients on a first-come, first-serve basis

Emergency dental care:
If time permits, we try to treat all emergency patients each day. Emergency patients must arrive at the clinic
90 minutes before the clinic closes.

Appointments at Meridian can be made by calling 206-296-4990. We are closed most federal holidays.

We will schedule your appointment as quickly as possible. Sometimes you can get an appointment the same day, but we prefer you to call before you come to the clinic. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call as soon as possible – we may have to reschedule you. If you are going to miss your appointment, please call. We will be happy to set up a new appointment.
