Save Health Care in Washington!
If you’ve been reading the headlines about the Washington State’s $2.6 billion deficit, you may be wondering, what does this mean for people served by Neighborcare Health? The proposed budget cuts will eliminate financial support for programs that care for nearly 500,000 residents of Washington state, including people who are disabled, pregnant women and their families, and the uninsured.
Last year health care took more than $1 billion in budget cuts — these additional cuts will create a crisis for Washington families and undermine our state’s economic recovery.
