We provide a range of primary care health services for men, women and children. We will care for you when you are sick and help you stay healthy with regular checkups and health education services. Some of the services we offer include:

Dental Clinic
Neighborcare Health at High Point provides comprehensive general dentistry and emergency dental care to patients of all ages.  We are committed to partnering with our patients to improve their dental health and wellness through education, tips for a healthy diet, and regular access to dental care. A healthy mouth is essential to keeping the rest of your body healthy, therefore we want to see you regularly for your dental check-ups and care.

Some of the services we offer include:
  • Dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fillings and extractions
  • Oral health education 
  • Specialty care, including limited oral surgery, crown, denture and root canal services 
  • Emergency care services for all patients on a first-come, first-serve basis
     

WIC Services

WIC provides nutrition services and support for pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and infants and children up to age 5. WIC Services include:

  • Checks to purchase specific foods each month to supplement the diet
  • Breastfeeding education and support
  • Individual and group nutrition education
  • Referral to community resources (food banks and social services)

Sometimes you can get an appointment the same day, but we prefer you to call before you come to the clinic.  If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call as soon as possible—we may have to reschedule you. If you are going to miss your appointment, please call. We will be happy to set up a new appointment.
