Tye grew up in Edmonds, WA. After graduating from the University of Washington, he worked in environmental education, restoration and trail construction in the Pacific Northwest. Tye enjoyed bringing health and happiness to people and began to consider a career in health care. After graduating from medical school in Virginia he moved back to Washington to complete his family medicine residency. When Tye isn't at work he enjoys hiking, biking and going on adventures with his wife and daughter.
