Other:

Jeff has worked as a prep chef, gardener, house painter, and movie projectionist. He is the published author of several books of children's fiction and on parenting. Jeff was born and raised in Amherst, Massachusetts, but has lived in Southeast Seattle since 1989, and worked at Rainier Beach Medical Clinic since then. Jeff loves his neighborhood and feels it's the friendliest, most diverse, and most interesting area in the city. In his spare time, he likes to get outdoors to hike, garden, hunt wild mushrooms, and fish. He's an avid fan of the Mariners, Seahawks, and Huskies, and used to cheer for the Sonics.
