Other:

Alicia began her health care career as a nursing assistant at Harborview Medical Center, where the idea of working in community health first took root. She grew up in Seattle and moved to Boston for her master’s degree, but her heart will “always be in Seattle.” In her leisure time she enjoys spending time outdoors on a clear Seattle day – running, biking, swimming or hiking. Ballet has been one of her passions since childhood and she still enjoys dancing at Pacific Northwest Ballet School in her free time. She has a great love for Latino culture and has traveled in several Central and South American countries.
